Oceanfront Condominiums
Hammock Beach offers a number of different choices for condominiums on the ocean side from one- to four-bedrooms, in a range of styles and prices. Luxury Condominiums at The Club at Hammock Beach provide dramatic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the oceanfront golf course. These one-, three-, and four-, bedroom units range in size from 750 to 3,300 square feet, and offer rich interior designs, distinctive amenities and spacious floor plans.
Villas at Hammock Beach
Set between the 10th and 13th fairways of Ocean Hammock Golf Club, the Villas at Hammock Beach and Hammock Beach Club combine contemporary residential conveniences with a quaint neighborhood ambiance.

The Conservatory at Hammock Beach
Currently under development, The Conservatory will be a private golf community located in close proximity to The Club at Hammock Beach. The 340 homesites that will be found at The Conservatory will reflect the Spanish Renaissance style found throughout North Florida’s coastal towns such as St. Augustine. Homesites will offer breathtaking views of the golf course and nature preserve.
The pinnacle of recreation will be the 18-hole, woodlands-style golf course designed by Tom Watson. The course routing will enjoy a natural flow and will be surrounded by mature trees, offering a pure golf experience. Golf
Spectacular ocean waters and perfectly groomed fairways welcome you to Hammock Beach's golf experience, where guests can enjoy The Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Hammock® golf course (Owned and operated by Centex Destination Properties) adjacent to The Club at Hammock Beach. The Club at Hammock Beach broke ground on a Tom Watson Signature 18-hole golf course that will be part of The Conservatory at Hammock Beach. This is estimated to be open for play autumn 2006.
The Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Hammock® golf course (Owned and operated by Centex Destination Properties) offers a perfect blend of fun and challenge for all classes of golfers. Trademark Nicklaus touches include a layout that melds into the natural landscape, with eight holes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and the rest of the golf holes nestled amidst unspoiled wetlands and shimmering lakes.
Additionally, The Club at Hammock Beach features a nine-hole putting course, perfect for practicing before a round of golf.
