Playa del Sur & Carino la Mer - Beachfront living at its finest
Perhaps one of the most striking developments at Hammock Dunes is a new oceanfront neighborhood called Playa del Sur. Designed to be distinctive within the community, Playa del Sur offers homesites with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean to the east and a view of Lake San Gabriel to the west of the neighborhood. Equally enticing, most of the lots border 100 feet of the pristine Florida coast.

Island Estates is a 2½ mile long island and a gated neighborhood that is accessible by two bridges. The main gate is manned 24-hours a day.

 

Homesites average approximately 1 acre, although individual lot sizes may vary. Waterfront footage per lot ranges up to 150 feet. Some contiguous homesites may be combined into a single homesite.

 

San Gabriel - Offering gracious waterfront living
A single family neighborhood offering gracious waterfront living on lakes, within walking distance of the beach. A lovely neighborhood setting for just 37 single family homesites averaging ½ acre in size, although individual sites vary.

 

Measures are in place to protect and preserve the character and quality of Hammock Dunes. The Hammock Dunes Design Review Committee must approve all home designs within Hammock Dunes. All single family homes must be at least 2,500 square feet and specific neighborhoods have higher thresholds.
